Grants 

The EAA and organisers are in the process of securing and providing a limited number of grants to assist delegates from Eastern and Central Europe in their Conference participation. More detailed information will be provided as soon as it is available. The deadline for grant application will be the end of May 2006.

Visas

Citizens of certain countries require an entry visa for Poland. Please visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' website at  http://www.msz.gov.pl/Visa,Application,Forms,2348.html for full details and Visa requirements.

To obtain a visa from the Polish government, you must present a letter of onvitation from the conference organisers, detailing the nature and duration of your proposed stay in Poland. Please note that visa requirements may vary between countries. Thus, it is highly recommended to contact the nearest Polish consulate for specific requirements of entering the Republic of Poland prior to submission of the visa application.
