Rates are given in EURO All rates are per room, per night, including breakfast, service and VAT. The first night rate includes booking fee of 10 EUR. The city tax, currently 1,60 PLN per night and per person, is to be paid directly to the hotel in addition to the room price. Prices may be changed at any time if the VAT or official taxes change. Early reservation is highly recommended! .

Booking procedure In order to benefit the special congress rates, please use the on-line accommodation and excursions registration:   Registration On-line Cracow is very popular for tourists, so that we strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. We would like to stress that the full payment of the accommodation before your arrival is required according to Cracow's hotels policy during the high season in September, when all hotels are overbooked. Mazurkas Travel will not allocate people to double rooms. So, if you are sharing a room, please indicate the name of the person you will be sharing with. Deadline for guaranteed hotel booking is June 1st, 2006 Requests will be accepted thereafter, however, hotel accommodation is subject to availability, and cannot be guaranteed. Accommodation will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis after receipt the registration and full payment in advance. All extras have to be paid at the hotel while departing. Without the payment, the booking will not be processed. Confirmation of Hotel Reservation Hotel reservation will be confirmed after receipt the hotel registration with the full payment. Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the booked hotel. In case the hotel you prefer has already been fully booked, Mazurkas Travel reserves the right to make arrangement in a similar one.   Change of Booking All accommodation changes (name change, change of dates, change of room type etc) must be made in writing and sent to Mazurkas Travel. All cost of money transfer must be prepaid.   Cancellation policy Notification of cancellation must be made in writing (either by fax or e-mail) and sent to Mazurkas Travel. For cancellations received before July 1st, 2006 a cancellation fee of 15 EUR will be charged. For cancellations received after July 1st,2006, the full payment of hotel reservation will not be refunded. In case of no-show, the full stay will be invoiced. All refunds will be issued after the Congress.
